Calcined Kaolin sand and powder for foundry casting application

Wisdom has been supplied foundry kaolin and mullite sand and powder for very long time and enjoy very good feedback from our customers. Our material have high Al2O3 content, low Fe2O3 content, low expansion coefficient, high refractoriness, good thermal and chemical stability and other advantage. The dry and wet strength and high temperature strength of the shell made of it is very ideal. It have very good collapsibility of the shell made by our material also.  The casting items are easy to be unshelled, less deformation, less shrinkage, smooth surface and high rate of finished products. It can be applied in to precision casting of carbon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel etc. and also for non-ferrous casting such as Aluminum, Titanium and alloy.
